This is my first official try at blogging. (prayer: Lord Jesus please help me!) So, here we go! Why would I name my blog “The Back Deck”? Well, for anyone who hasn’t visited our home, the back deck is the place where my entire family likes to congregate. We each try to get there first so we can have the coveted seat on the porch swing. The reason we all enjoy it so much is . . . we’ve finally moved out of the city and we are able to look out over our acreage at the trees, grass, and wildlife. We can also invision the creek that runs at the bottom of the hill, and we praise our Lord for blessing us with such beauty.
Pray for our family as we start this new adventure.
